I decided to buy this book after reading many reviews on many different books. Chapters comprise a Preparatory section to provide the foundation for the case presentations in the second section. I read nearly the entire text on the Paper White version sttudy the Kindle and it was very difficult to view the numerous charts, illustrations, and algorhythms presented in the text.
